Our Planet Membership Program

MEMBERSHIP

OPF is a multi-national organization registered under Costa Rican law and working with MINAET, SINAC, ACLACand the municipalidad of Siquirres, Limon that serves the interests and represents the collective desires of the PILA communities and private land owners living within our Biosphere.
We believe that with the right laws, incentives, support, information and experience, conservancies have the potential to transform local livelihoods and conservation efforts for La Parque Amistad and Regional Biosphere.
There are two membership categories
    Full members include community and private conservancies registered in OPF whose main objective includes wildlife conservation. Eco-Tourism, sanctuaries, education and nature preseveration

Becoming a full member

    Membership is voluntary and subject to the approval of the OPF board upon payment of the membership registration fee. Annual subsription of $50 Full and $500 Premium membership fees available.

   

Becoming a Premium member


    Premium members include organizations that interface with wildlife conservation and whose membership of OPF is a benefit to the association.
    Wildlife conservation NGO’s, private sector, investors, donor agencies and institutions that interface with wildlife conservation can apply as affiliate members.

    Access information including fundraising opportunities, technical meetings, training and OPF conservancy tools and best practice guides.

    Access OPF's technical and financial support.
    Join other like-minded individuals, organizations and communities who are working together to bring about change for the people, wildlife and the country.
